Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy sets out what is and isn't permitted when using the EmirateFicancent platform, and applies alongside our Terms of Service. It exists to keep the platform safe, accurate, and fair for everyone who uses it.
1. Applications and information
You agree not to:
- Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information in any application or document
- Upload documents that don't belong to you, or that you aren't authorized to submit
- Create multiple accounts to circumvent an application decision, eligibility check, or rate limit
- Impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity, employment, or financial position
2. Account and system security
You agree not to:
- Attempt to access another user's account or data without authorization
- Share your account credentials, password, or verification codes with anyone else
- Interfere with or disrupt the platform's normal operation, including its availability to other users
- Upload malicious files, or attempt to probe, scan, or test the platform's security without our prior written permission
- Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to access the platform outside of normal, intended use
3. Lawful use
You agree not to use the platform for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering, financing of terrorism, tax evasion, or fraud of any kind. We may report suspicious activity to the relevant authorities as required by law.
4. Support conduct
When contacting our support team, whether through a support ticket, the contact form, or email, please communicate respectfully. Abusive, threatening, or harassing behavior toward our staff may result in account suspension, regardless of whether your underlying request was valid.
5. Reporting a concern
If you believe someone is misusing the platform, or you've noticed suspicious activity on your own account, contact our support team through your dashboard or the Support page as soon as possible.
6. Enforcement
Violating this policy may result in application rejection, account suspension or termination, and may be reported to relevant authorities where required by law. We assess each situation individually and aim to act proportionately to the nature of the breach.
7. Changes to this policy
We may update this Acceptable Use Policy from time to time. We will update the "Last updated" date above when we do. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
